Park Row Marketing's adventure to hitting the big 5-0-0-0 in tree planting didn't happen overnight. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, filled with lots of learning, growing (pun intended!), and green dreams turning into reality. At the start, we had a simple idea: We wanted to do a great job and attach an eco-friendly benefit to it. Sounds easy, right? Well, it was challenging, but oh so rewarding!
Our journey kicked off with baby steps. Back in 2014, it began by looking at our own backyard (literally), figuring out how we could plant more trees locally. Trees are amazing. Once they're in, it's long term – they're like the earth's lungs, sucking up CO2 and giving us fresh, clean air. Plus, they make the world a prettier place. What's not to love?
So, we started planting. One tree quickly turned into ten, ten into a hundred, and before we knew it, we were aiming for the stars – or at least 5000 trees. Each tree planted was a step closer to our goal, a sign that we were making a real difference. This wasn't just about ticking a box for being 'eco-friendly'. It was about showing that businesses, no matter how big or small, can lead the way in making our world a better place. And that's something we're really proud of.
