We hold a meeting with all relevant stakeholders to review the approach we’re proposing, confirm everyone’s alignment, and address any concerns before we begin outreach. This coordination and sign-off process typically takes around two weeks.

FAQs

  • Onboarding typically takes 2 weeks but can be quicker if we get approval from you quicker.

  • You can select campaigns which range from 30 day rolling, 3 month or 12 months, following which the campaign continues on a rolling 30-day. Your agreement on the portal will have the details of the option you selected.

  • You will receive real time updates on both activity and results on the portal. Simple login to the portal, go to ‘Files’ and you’ll see everything there.

  • Whatever is best for you. We work closely with you to define the right handover point e.g. target audience, qualifying questions and meeting type.

    This can be changed at any time if you’d like us to qualify in a different way.

  • Our typical payment terms are 7 days up front. You can process payment securely either via BACS, direct debit or payment card.

    Discounts are available if you pay quarterly, instead of monthly.

  • We’re here to mould how to your team works. This is usually done via phone, email & WhatsApp groups.

    We set you up on the portal to provide you with real-time updates.
