Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms
What If We Sign Up To A 3 Month & Want To Cancel?
What if we sign up to a 3‑month package and want to cancel? We strongly recommend beginning to utilise the rolling 30‑day package. Starting right away gives you immediate access to our data-driven matching, LinkedIn outreach, telemarketing and B2B Data so you can evaluate results within the first month; this makes it easier to decide whether to continue or cancel before subsequent billing cycles. If you do choose to cancel, contact our team early in the rolling 30‑day period to discuss timing and any necessary handover, doing so minimises wasted spend and ensures a smooth transition.
You Say It Takes 2 Weeks To Sign Up, Will This Eat Into The Cost Of Month 1?
There are three distinct dates we usually talk about: the Signed Date, the Anticipated Start Date, and the Renewal Date.
The Signed Date is simply the date the terms come into effect.
The Anticipated Start Date is our expected target for launching the campaign, serving primarily as a conversational guide.
The Renewal Date is when actual campaign usage begins.
We structure it this way because clients have previously expressed concern that a two-week onboarding phase eats into a three-month paid term. This structure guarantees that you receive three full months of actual outreach activity; the onboarding and setup phase is absorbed by us and is not something you are paying for.
What If We Need To Pause Activities?
Our terms provide a framework for a temporary pause should you request one. For example, if we start a three-month campaign late in the year, you could run November as month one, request a pause for the traditionally quiet month of December, and then resume to complete months two and three in January and February respectively.
The full three months of activity must be completed, but you will not incur any additional charges for pausing the campaign in this manner.
Why Don’t You Put The Lead Qualification Criteria In The Agreement?
To clarify our operational deliverables and what constitutes a qualified lead, please see the process outlined below:
Onboarding & Customer Discovery: We start with a thorough Customer Discovery session where we map out your ideal customer profile and target data.
Setting the Standard: Together, we agree on the core goal of the conversation and establish exactly what a "Qualified Lead" looks like for your business.
Your Explicit Sign-Off: We draft custom scripts and campaign messaging based on your criteria. We do not launch anything until you have reviewed and explicitly signed off on these materials.
The Kick-Off Call: Before active outreach begins, we hold a final kick-off call to ensure we have completely met your expectations and are fully aligned.
Campaign Execution (Sourcing Data): We secure prospecting data that strictly matches the target customer profiles you explicitly requested.
Dedicated Outreach: Our team members carry out direct outreach across your selected channels, including telemarketing, email, and LinkedIn.
Transparent Reporting: All activity is recorded transparently on your portal. You can see real-time data on calling hours, shifts performed, connections made, and messages sent.
Delivering Qualified Leads with Proof: We use your approved script to guide conversations up to the pre-agreed benchmark. When an opportunity is generated, you receive a comprehensive summary, including contact details, next steps, and specific notes from the agent.
Evidence & Quality Assurance: To prove every lead meets your agreed standard, we provide complete transparency, including links to the signed-off script, full call recordings for telemarketing, or complete message transcripts for LinkedIn and email. Every single lead is checked by our internal Quality Assurance team to verify that it meets the exact criteria you signed off on.
What About Follow Up On Leads?
Our campaigns are heavily reliant on your active communication, participation, and momentum. For our campaigns to work, you need to agree to the following responsibilities:
Promptly Follow Up on Leads: It is your sole responsibility to follow up on the opportunities we hand over. We provide sales training materials on our portal to help you convert these into sales, but a lead failing to convert or a lack of follow-up on your end does not constitute a breach of our contract.
Maintain Open Communication: We rely on your ongoing feedback to keep the campaign optimised. Your dedicated Account Manager will regularly check in with you. You are responsible for telling us which opportunities are working and letting us know if you want to update the script or criteria.
Target Market Viability: You are responsible for ensuring that the target market and audience criteria you direct us to target are of high enough financial value to your business to make the outreach commercially viable for you (we usually recommend focusing on products with a minimum value of £2,000 lifetime value of sale).
Can We Keep The Data When The Campaign Ends?
In short, Yes. Essentially, we work the data and return it to you at the end of the campaign. We achieve this via a Transfer Spreadsheet process, which includes the following steps:
We export the contacts from our CRM.
We share the spreadsheet with you via our secure portal.
Once you have received the data, we then delete our version of it.
How Can We Trust You With Our Data?
We are fully Cyber Essentials certified. We believe you will find our Privacy Policy and our internal Lifecycle of Data controls fully adequate to meet your UK GDPR and PECR compliance requirements. You can review our full policy here: https://parkrow.marketing/privacy.
